Each paper should clearly indicate its technical or scientific contributions and the theme which it belongs to. All submitted papers will be subject to the single-blind peer-review process. Papers that are out of the conference theme or contain plagiarism in anyway from any source will be rejected without consideration. Registration Fee: Payment of fees of GEMFE must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment must be made in USD/RMB. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
